Jerry Jenkins is a Chief People Officer and human capital executive with 25+ years building high-performance HR organizations at global scale — from early-stage startups through IPO, M&A, and post-merger integration.

He currently serves as Chief People Officer at Getty Images (NYSE: GETY), where he leads all aspects of Human Resources and has responsibility for the company's human capital strategy.

Prior to Getty Images, Jerry served as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief People Officer at Doma, an AI-powered insure-tech company. Joining as a startup in 2019, he built Doma's HR function from the ground up — scaling from startup to 2,300+ employees and designing the total rewards, systems (Workday), and governance infrastructure that supported the company's 2021 NYSE listing.

Earlier in his career, Jerry held VP-level HR leadership roles at some of the world's most recognized companies — PayPal, eBay, and First Data (Fiserv) — where he built and led global People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and HR Shared Services organizations supporting 30,000+ employees across dozens of countries.
